Practical

Most workshops are taught in English (the coaches are international). French coaches teach in French. All on-site signage and communication is bilingual FR/EN. If you understand 50% of English, that's more than enough. It will be encouraged to put yourself next to someone that speaks the same language that you do during workshops if you don't understand english.
Several dining venues at Le Méridien — French restaurant, café, lounge bar. Plus many options around Porte Maillot and Place de l'Étoile, open late. Breakfast is cheaper when pre-booked: +€15/night (room at €185 instead of €170) vs €25/night if added on the spot.
