How Swing In Paris collects, processes and protects your personal data. Compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
02Purposes of processing
Data is used exclusively for: sending the newsletter (explicit consent), managing your event registration, tracking your SIP Passport, and sending practical information before and during the event.
03Retention period
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (1 click in every email). Event registration: 3 years after the event, for accounting and follow-up of future editions. Payment data: in accordance with Stripe's regulations.
04Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: - Right to access your data - Right to rectification - Right to erasure (« right to be forgotten ») - Right to portability - Right to object to processing To exercise these rights, write to contact@swing-in-paris.com. We reply within 30 days maximum.
