Reference document on the use of the swing-in-paris.com website and the terms of sale of passes and associated services (T&C).
These terms of use govern the use of the swing-in-paris.com website and participation in the Swing In Paris event held from 22 to 24 January 2027 at Le Méridien Arc de Triomphe, Paris.
Registering for the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and of the code of conduct.
Registration is carried out exclusively via the official website. Every participant must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Minors (Junior) must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
Prices shown are in euros, all taxes included. Three pricing windows (Early Bird, Normal, Late Bird) apply depending on the pass. Payment is made online, securely.
Passes are non-refundable. Registration books a spot for a specific date, which cannot be resold at the last minute. Taking out cancellation insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen events (illness, emergencies…). Transfer of the spot: if unable to attend, the participant may transfer their pass to another person by emailing contact@swing-in-paris.com. The previous participant loses access; the new one receives it. Hotel room: the cancellation conditions of Le Méridien Arc de Triomphe apply. The tourist tax is paid on site. Exceptional refund: should a refund be granted as a commercial gesture, the payment processing fees already incurred (payment provider / bank commission), which are not returned to the organiser, may remain at the participant's charge and be deducted from the refunded amount. Cancellation or postponement by the organiser: if the event is cancelled by the organiser or due to force majeure, the participant is refunded in full or receives a credit towards the next edition, at their choice. The organiser's liability is limited to the amount paid. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply: this is a leisure service provided on a specific date (art. L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code). All requests: contact@swing-in-paris.com.
Official photographers and videographers are present during the event. By registering, you agree that your image may be used for promotional purposes (social media, website, press). If you do not wish to be photographed, let us know at the front desk
Swing In Paris accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during the event. A staffed cloakroom is available.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
