  • The SIP Crew statusSelected applicants join the organising team and get the Crew Pass, an access category reflecting that part of their weekend is given to the event.
  • What happens nextWe read every application, then get back to you with tasks and slots that fit around your competitions, classes and key moments.

SIP Crew is for people who want to be more involved in organising the event.
The Crew Pass

If your application is accepted, your participant status becomes SIP Crew. The Crew Pass is a specific access category, designed for people who help run the event and therefore can’t enjoy the full programme like a Full Pass participant.

Crew Pass: €80

If you’ve already bought a Full Pass, we’ll contact you to switch your category and refund the difference.
